Como todo circo que se precie, el Circo Pupas tiene sus monstruos de Feria, unos personajes tan extraños como entrañables. El alegre Pájaro-tuba y el refunfuñón Mister Cilindro son incomprensiblemente inseparables, detrás tienen al misterioso hombre-piedra, muy duro de mollera y una sombra rosa que viene y va por todo el Circo, llegando siempre tarde a su número. El dibujante quería recordar a Tod Browning y le ha salido un homenaje a Giorgio Di Chirico...
